Mohs surgical defects occur after a dermatologist removes skin cancer and leaves an open wound.  Dr. Roach has many years of experience in treating Mohs surgical defects.  He has treated thousands of patients with a variety of different Mohs surgical defects.  Dr. Roach will utilize adjacent tissue transfer rearrangement, full-thickness skin grafts, split thickness skin grafts and other staged procedures to reconstruct your Mohs defect.  Dr. Roach performs all of his surgical procedures to correct Mohs surgical defects at an accredited surgery center.  Rest assured that you are in good hands with our surgeon and will have the least possible scarring after your surgery.
